- Good track record in providing Customer Service/ Telemarketer.
- Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
- Min. 2 years of Customer Service/ Telemarketer/ Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment experience.
- Experience working as a Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre environment is highly desirable.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
- Willing to learn the traits of recruitment.
- Able to work independently and as a team
