The Talent Management Executive focusing on optimizing human resources to drive organizational success. This position is designed for individuals with a solid background in HR practices, particularly in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative talent management initiatives that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the automotive industry.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
  3. Design and facilitate training programs that promote professional growth and skill development.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create succession plans.
  5. Monitor employee engagement levels and implement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  6. Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  7. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve talent management practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities.
