Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Role Summary The role will be responsible for managing relations with partners and growing them inside the kitchen to achieve order / AOV targets through different sales channels. The role will also be looking into developing virtual brands with each partner. Role Scope
- Manage the onboarding of new brands joining Delivery Hero Kitchens along with the partner acquisition specialists;
- Coordinate with Account Managers to launch innovative marketing campaigns and growth strategies;
- Monitor/Analyse weekly performance of the brands and advise on improvement methodologies;
- Identify gap opportunities providing competitive advantage for Delivery Hero partners;
- Lead on the conception and launch of virtual brands for the kitchen partners;
- Manage cross-functional collaborations with internal stakeholders and other Talabat departments: Logistics, Marketing, Product and Business Analytics;
- Any relevant task as delegated by the direct manager.
- Min 2 years in e-commerce, food tech or F&B industry - Experience in Cloud Kitchens growth is highly recommended
- Data driven and skilled in using and interpreting data
- Proactive, and independent
- Problem solver and solution oriented
- Fluent in English (written & verbal). Arabic is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel
- Preferred experience in Looker, Tableau or any other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven track record in handling internal food safety training
