Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Analyzing spend data and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process. Driving process improvements and fostering innovation. Leading and inspiring the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Identifying and nurturing talent within the procurement team. Overseeing the implementation and management of procurement software and digital tools. Leading initiatives to modernize procurement systems. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements · Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the SERVICE sector · Minimum Degree Equivalent Qualification; or Equivalent professional procurement experience. · Strong project and time management skills. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to work well with multiple competing priorities. · Superior customer service and relationship-building skills. · Proactive in pursuing learning and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
