Strategic Marketing Lead Purpose and Scope To spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and support sales efforts within the construction industry. Main Responsibilities (A) Key Tasks : Establish a strong corporate brand identity in consultation with Business Unit Heads. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness. Identify new revenue opportunities and create strategic marketing plans. Collaborate with BU Heads to design and implement innovative marketing initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy adjustments. Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand knowledge and build relationships. Serve as a liaison between potential customers and BU Heads. (B) General Responsibilities : Planning and executing marketing activities. Establishing and maintaining the company's brand reputation within the construction industry. Other duties as assigned. (C) Safety Considerations : Adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations, and mitigate hazards in the workplace. Job Requirements (A) Education, Qualifications & Specialized Training : Diploma or higher education qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field in construction. Consideration will be given to candidates without this qualification but with relevant experience. (B) Knowledge & Skills : Effective people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong negotiation skills.
