Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive business growth, maximize sales, and meet client needs. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Customer Support and Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors, using insights to enhance account strategies. Negotiation and Contract Management: Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between the company and clients. Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to senior management. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of products/services.
