WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE- Implement world class execution excellence in the market in line with perfect store guidelines for assigned customers.
- Leading end to end 3rd party merchandising suppliers for assigned customers to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track & monitor 3P contract counterparts and provide necessary feedback & action to all stakeholders.
- Engage as main point of contact with 3P merchandisers, team leaders & management to ensure OTIF new cascades, guidelines and other direction.
- Conduct weekly field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and 3P teams.
- Lead in the weekly execution review forum to evaluate performance with CD & 3P merchandising teams.
- Drive initiatives to improve our overall in store presence. (OSA/SOS/Off shelf/Planogram/Placement).
- Provide constant & robust feedback on competitor activities and propose course of action.
- Handle digitization projects & streamline reporting tools with 3P Merchandising suppliers.
- Perform periodical reviews of merchandising teams in assigned region and take immediate corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a minimum.
- +2 Years in Sales Experience, Business Development or Trade Marketing within FMCG.
- MS Office, Power BI & technical skills in data management.
- Experience in working across multiple business teams and balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience in CD fundamentals.
- High degree of business acumen.
