Job Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy to achieve business goals. Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Brand Management Oversee brand positioning and communication to enhance brand awareness and reputation. Create and execute brand promotion plans, coordinating internal resources for implementation. Marketing Campaigns Plan and organize marketing campaigns, including events, exhibitions, and online promotions. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Digital Marketing and Channel Management Leverage digital tools to execute online marketing strategies, such as SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics. Manage marketing channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective customer outreach. Team Leadership Build and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to improve overall performance. Train and motivate team members to foster personal development and collaboration. Budgeting and Cost Control Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Monitor expenses to ensure activities align with budget plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. Provide regular updates on marketing progress, offer actionable recommendations, and participate in decision-making processes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution skills. Proficiency in brand building, digital marketing tools, and promotional methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
