We are currently partnering with a global alternative investment manager who have an established presence in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private markets and will be responsible for enhancing our client’s data management processes. This role involves leading a team, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and supporting the firm’s investment strategies through high-quality data management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and sustain comprehensive governance structures, policies, and procedures tailored for security master data management.
  • Manage and ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of security master data.
  • Training and support on data governance and best practice.
  • Use knowledge of private markets to improve the quality and applicability of security master data.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and data issue management.
  • Lead and participate in projects focused on data governance, enhancements to security master data, and system implementations.
  • Generate regular updates on governance activities, data quality, and project developments for senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Technology.
  • 3 – 6 years’ experience in data governance and management, experience in alternative investments highly desirable.
  • Proficient in data management software and platforms
