El especialista en TI de software de ISV se caracteriza por poseer una combinación de conocimientos sobre desarrollo generales con conocimientos sobre paquetes y sobre el dominio específico al que se refiere el mismo. Algunos ejemplos típicos de aportaciones son diseños técnicos y funcionales, modelos, componentes, código, parámetro, pruebas de unidad y documentación. Son los especialistas en TI que aplican principalmente sus conocimientos técnicos en un entorno de implementación y servicios facturables de clientes tanto internos como externos. Required Technical and Professional Expertise We are seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors consultant to join our team, specializing in recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our team. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and implementation of complex recruitment and onboarding processes in SuccessFactors. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs, using best practices and industry standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides. Provide advanced training and support to end-users on the use of SuccessFactors for recruitment and onboarding. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of new processes and tools. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding. Strong knowledge of HR processes, SuccessFactors functionality, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. Certified in both Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
