Role As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of talented sales professionals. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing industries.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track and analyse sales performance, reporting on results to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Implement training sessions for junior sales executives with the objective of honing sales pitch skills, customer communications, presentation and preparations, and all sales-related functions.
- Manage a personal annual key performance indicator target, as well as supervise his/her team’s performance and target-tracking;
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.
- A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
