• Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the treasury function. • Monitor daily cash balances and forecasts to ensure liquidity. • Optimize cash flow through effective cash management strategies. • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports. • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and meeting the approved budget. • Manage timely execution of authorized payments for corporate functions and projects. • Manage and control all treasury operational aspects to ensure efficiency and speed of execution and monitor collections with continuous follow up and updated related reports. • Ensure that all transaction processing is in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and requirements, and intervenes promptly to resolve problems and concern areas and implement control measures. • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. • Negotiate terms for banking services and financing arrangements. • Monitors the use of credit facilities granted to SISCO in order to minimize costs. • Reviews reports on the credit facilities, and highlight the needed actions. • Propose to the CFO any necessary amendment (such as increase / decrease in credit limits) upon renewal of banking facilities. • Monitor settlements of LCs maturities and review LC and LG applications. • Prepare and present regular (weekly/monthly) reports on cash management, cash flow forecasting, investments, and risk exposure to the CFO and senior management. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. • Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities. • Manages opening and closing of accounts. • Reviews and issues reports on the insurance policies and highlights the needed actions. • Oversee short-term and long-term investment portfolios. • Analyze investment performance and recommend adjustments as necessary. • Collaborate with external advisors on investment strategies. • Proposes to CFO any necessary amendment to existing insurance policies. • Identify and analyze financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and investments. • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. • Supervise and mentor treasury staff. • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve departmental goals. • Provide training on treasury operations and best practices. Skills • 10+ years of treasury management experience. Experience in Engineering and Contracting business is preferred. Middle East finance experience is also preferred. • Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and risk management. • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Critical thinker with the ability to develop actionable plans. • Strong financial acumen and business savvy. • Team player and individually motivated. • Superior communication and presentation skills with an ability to set the highest standards for honesty, integrity, and work ethic both for themselves and for those around them. • Proven ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues and team members by gaining respect and trust. • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • In-depth experience with large-scale ERP systems. • An exceptional leader and team builder. 	<li>Ability to independently initiate research to formulate, coherently articulate, and present ideas and initiatives assessing issues or opportunities impacting the Company&#39;s strategy or performance.</li>
	<li>Previously presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers.</li>
	<li>Prior experience working in an international setting, with a sound appreciation of working with multinational teams.</li>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Business or Management. Economics, Finance or closely related post graduate degree highly desirable.</li>
	<li>Minimum 15 years professional experience gained in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles, with at least 10 years experience in a Corporate Strategy or Corporate Planning role,</li>
	<li>Significant experience in oil & gas, preferably in relevant departments of a major oil & gas company and supplemented by consulting experience in the energy practice of a major international consulting firm.</li>
	<li>S olid experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil & gas and wider energy industry context.</li>
	<li>Ability to independently initiate research to formulate, coherently articulate, and present ideas and initiatives assessing issues or opportunities impacting the Company&#39;s strategy or performance.</li>
	<li>Previously presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers.</li>
	<li>Prior experience working in an international setting, with a sound appreciation of working with multinational teams.</li>

The Corporate Business Ethics Office develops policies related to business ethics, provides consulting to different management levels within the company, performs ethics and integrity culture assessments, and participates in developing appropriate training programs. It also designs effective communication plans as needed.<br />

Compliance Counsel will serve as a key member of the Law Organization&#39;s recently created Corporate Compliance Organization and will provide ground-floor guidance and knowledge on Corporate Investigations, along with a broad spectrum of compliance matters that confront a multinational energy company and its global subsidiaries and joint ventures.<br />

The Corporate & Project Finance Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco's corporate and project finance transactions and capital market transactions.<br><br>The [Senior Counsel's] primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of finance and capital markets transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of such transactions.  As part of the responsibilities, the [senior Counsel] will also advise Saudi Aramco Management and internal clients with respect to Saudi Aramco's legal rights and obligations, agreements, and common statutory or similar processes in connection with finance and capital markets transactions.  The [Senior Counsel] will also liaise and work with other attorneys in the Law Organization, as it relates to tax, antitrust, joint venture development and regulatory compliance.  In addition, the [Senior Counsel] will engage and manage outside counsel on a cost-effective basis.<br> <br>The [Senior Counsel] will report to the Practice Leader of the Corporate & Project Finance Legal Practice.
