2. Social Media Manager The Social Media Manager handles the brand’s presence on various social media platforms, ensuring that all content reflects the luxury positioning of the brand. Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the luxury image, focusing on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms where jewelry brands have high engagement.
- Create a content calendar that includes a mix of product highlights, lifestyle shots, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with high-end influencers, celebrities, and fashion icons who resonate with the brand’s luxury persona.
- Manage influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiations to content creation and monitoring, ensuring the brand’s message is consistently delivered to the right audience.
Community Engagement & Customer Relations:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer service interactions while maintaining the brand's sophisticated tone.
- Foster relationships with key customers, stylists, influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance the brand’s reputation and loyalty among followers.
Social Media Advertising:
- Manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to drive traffic, promote new collections, and increase sales conversions.
- Optimize ad targeting based on demographic insights to ensure the brand reaches affluent and luxury-focused customers.
Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management:
- Monitor social media for any mentions of the brand and proactively manage any potential PR issues, ensuring the brand's luxury image is maintained.
- Track and respond to online reviews or social mentions, always reflecting the brand's high-end reputation.
