The Digital Platforms Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s web presence, mobile apps, and various digital platform initiatives. This role demands a strong background in web development and content management systems, as well as exceptional management skills to effectively coordinate with digital platform vendors. The Digital Platforms Manager will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the user experience across all digital platforms.

MAIN DUTIES

  1. Platform Management: • Oversee the operation and maintenance of the company’s websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. • Ensure platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and align with the company's brand and strategic objectives.
  2. Web Development and CMS Expertise: • Utilize extensive knowledge in web development and content management systems to enhance platform functionality and user experience. • Lead the technical development and deployment of new digital features and improvements. • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services. • Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  3. User Experience (UX) Optimization: • Implement best practices in UX design to create an engaging and efficient online experience for users. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather user feedback and implement necessary changes.
  4. Digital Strategy and Innovation: • Contribute to the development of the digital strategy, identifying new opportunities for digital growth and innovation. • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, recommending adaptations to current platforms as needed. • Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Set clear goals and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  1. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  2. • Proven experience in managing digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
  3. • Strong background in web development and content management systems.
  4. • Excellent leadership and vendor management skills.
  5. • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  6. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

EXPERIENCE

  1. • Minimum 7 year experience in related field.
  2. • Experience with SEO and web analytics.
  3. • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
