Office Assistant Profession: Office Assistant Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and be proficient in English. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
