Major Objectives of the Job:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
  2. Customer relationship management.
  3. Conduct a ‘ninety days focus plan’ and report on the outcome to the Quality Section at Area Management.
  4. Minimize outstanding and average collection period.
  5. Develop short- and long-term strategies for the maintenance of accounts.
  6. Ensure smooth running of the implants & overall operations and undertake contingency planning if required.
  7. Deployment, management, and utilization of all resources including associates that are assigned to the account.
  8. Recommend training programs for Kanoo Travel associates assigned to the account.
  9. Maximize employee satisfaction among the assigned associates to take full advantage of employee productivity, performance, motivation, and morale.
  10. Extend assistance to all assigned associates in negotiations with airlines and other suppliers.
  11. Coordination and management of ISO Quality program amongst the implant locations.
  12. Generate management information reports and submit to Travel Area Management periodically.
  13. Attend meetings as and when called by the Senior Management.
Skills:
  1. Graduate in Tourism or any other discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in profit center management relating to logistics/distribution.
  3. Candidates should have sales, customer care, time management, crisis solving skills, and administrative skills.
  4. Only Saudi nationals having relevant experience should apply to this position.
