Job Description: Sales Specialist - Art Creator Factory About Art Creator Factory: Art Creator Factory is a leading provider of high-quality artwork, sculptures, decorations, and themed environments, primarily serving the entertainment sector. We are passionate about creating unique and immersive experiences that captivate and inspire audiences. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through proactive prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the entertainment sector (e.g., theme parks, museums, resorts, entertainment venues).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-project implementation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Odoo preferred).
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up on leads and track sales progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, design, installation) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Proven sales experience: Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, entertainment, hospitality, decorations, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Relationship building skills: Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiation and closing skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Customer service orientation: Strong customer service focus with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Proactive and results-oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software (Odoo preferred).
- Experience in decorations sales or interior design is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the entertainment industry (e.g., theme parks, museums, resorts).
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Only Arabic speakers with fluent English proficiency will be considered.
