When you work in Hawaii, it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible for assisting with any concierge-related services such as restaurant reservations, booking city tours, recommending tourist spots, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division. Arabic/Russian speaker is preferred.
Qualifications
Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
