Key Responsibilities Optimize business volume and profitability (NVO key account). Drive continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency. Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences. Develop strategic plans for negotiating and managing key accounts locally. Maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions. Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc. Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility. Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies. Assist in any other assigned duties. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines. Relevant working experience in container shipping or freight forwarding preferred. Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
