Lead Specialist, Lead Digital Services Manager/ IT Services (Applications & Products) You will formulate and implement an IT strategy that is aligned with TP's vision and mission as a Lead Specialist. Main Responsibilities Evaluate business needs and recommend cost-effective solutions. Develop, lead, and direct application development and maintenance, providing support to teams. Oversee third-level technical support for applications, systems, and programs. Manage stakeholders and provide guidance to ensure services meet business needs. Avoid conflicts of interest while also being alert and on the watch for matters requiring attention. Adopt project management best practices. Provide communication, training, and demonstration of solutions and products. Offer regular progress updates to TP's management team. Requirements At least 12 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in managerial positions. Strong leadership, project management, time management, and people development skills. Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, change management, and risk management. Persuasive oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Relevant industry certifications are preferred, such as CITPM/PMP, COMIT, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified ITIL v4, TOGAF, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
