Responsibilities: Operate kitchen and bar stations in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Manage the counter station, handling cashiering duties and promoting outlet specialties and promotional items to customers. Ensure proper usage, cleanliness, and maintenance of all outlet tools and equipment, adhering to safety regulations. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises, including toilets (if applicable), and removing garbage regularly. Comply with NEA regulations regarding personal hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. Ensure proper storage and handling of all food and beverage items to maintain product quality. Assist with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels. Requirements: Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on approach, leading by example and motivating others. Passionate about serving customers and a strong enthusiasm for the F&B industry. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reservation platforms. A collaborative team player with good problem-solving skills. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
