Job Description:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the operating theatre department, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other support staff.
- Assign duties, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards of practice, and infection control policies within the operating theatre.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, supplies, and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
