What this job involves: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our energetic and highly collaborative team providing the highest quality service for dedicated business lines throughout EMEA (over 30 countries). An ideal candidate will be experienced in working with the business to deliver great talent and fulfil vacancies. They will be knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition techniques and have a desire to build strong internal relationships and create talent networks. The TA Advisor role provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, working with the business to place great candidates, by working on the following:
- Collaborate with HR Partners and business leaders to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
- Work closely with Managers to advise them on recruitment strategy and give them visibility on the status of recruitment
- In partnership with department heads and hiring managers create compelling employee attraction stories and routes to market
- Identify, attract and manage relevant candidates based on open positions and JLL's future talent needs, working closely with the TA Researchers.
- Anticipate future recruitment needs, proactively finding and developing talent pools through advertising, direct approach to candidates, your network of colleges and universities, diversity associations, social media contacts, and employee referrals
- Manage the whole candidate's hiring process, from screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, and offering
- Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded into Workday (ATS)
- Provide accurate and proactive reporting and insights to the business
- As a JLL ambassador, you will provide a high-quality candidate experience at all times
- Ensure compliance with current and future legislation around Diversity & Inclusion, data protection and security
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface credibly with external candidates and senior business leaders
- Good stakeholder management skills: You will need a flexible approach; a creative mind; and the ability to adapt in the face of challenges to delivery
- Experience of Talent Acquisition methods and a desire to discover new ways of attracting talent in a competitive market
- Be organized and effectively manage your time across multiple recruiting priorities working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Workday or any other ATS is essential
- Strong inter-personal skills and an aptitude for getting on with people, sense of confidentiality
- The personal resilience to manage challenges to delivery of key initiatives
- Commitment to the organization – a desire to see strategic initiatives in the talent space rolled out successfully and to make a personal contribution
- Curiosity and desire for continuous improvement
- Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
- Fluent English is essential + Local Language (French, German, Spanish etc) would be a great asset.
