Job Scope: Project Manager Lead the project team to manage progress, monitor costs, and ensure timely completion. Supervise subcontractors to ensure work aligns with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples. Coordinate with authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on drawings, materials, and samples. Review design drawings for compliance with specifications and guidelines, addressing any discrepancies. Allocate tasks to engineers and supervisors, ensuring work meets standards and follows SOPs. Attend meetings to address issues, review progress, and ensure project execution as per the deadline. Project Engineer Plan project schedules, resources, and milestones while coordinating with stakeholders. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Supervise on-site activities to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. Communicate with clients, contractors, and teams to align objectives and address queries.
