Tasks Sales responsibility for and management of the Greater China market Acquiring new business and further developing our B2B client base across all company sizes (from SMB to global operating companies) Proactively develop sales opportunities from a variety of business product categories Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets Draft, conceptualize and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team Working with clients throughout the entire sales cycle Establishing and maintaining a volume of activity with Director, Vice President and C-Level executives Maintaining our existing B2B clients as well as implementing upsell and cross-sell measures Meet prospective clients for presentations and actively organize speaking opportunities in your designated sales region Requirements 6-10 years direct sales experience, preferably selling market intelligence products & services or other SaaS online solutions Must-Have: Experience in outbound B2B sales as well as in acquiring new business in the Greater China region Experience leading a team (2-5 people) Excellent command of English and Mandarin Competitive sales nature with a desire to win Customer-centric mindset to understand how Statista can benefit our prospects Experience in driving sales negotiations with both influencers and decision makers Ability to manage high volume of activity Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business Benefits High level of autonomy Opportunity to grow quickly into mentor and/or leadership role Statista University - extensive training offer and individual coaching Dynamic, international team Office located directly within the city center Deutschland-Ticket Support Visa Support Sabbatical Flextime Hybrid Work Access to continuous learning and development opportunities An inclusive work environment that values and celebrates diversity Regular team events and activities to promote team cohesion About us At Statista, we’re all about facts and data, that's why we are the world's leading business data platform.
