We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Procurement Sales Associate to join our dynamic team as a Trainee. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a keen interest in procurement and supply chain management, who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization. As an Associate, you will assist in tracking procurement service opportunities across various portals, analyzing them for potential awards, and supporting the team in making informed decisions. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless procurement operations of government critical projects while developing essential skills and experience in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track procurement opportunities from identified government sources.
- Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate competitive pricing.
- Support the Procurement Sales Specialist in preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather required data for bid submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and update bid tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and assist in contract negotiations as needed.
- Shadow and support project leads in tracking progress from initiation to final delivery.
- Learn to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients.
- A fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of procurement processes or previous internship experience in a related field is a plus.
