Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service over the counter and phone. Handle Motor, Household, and Travel Insurance from new business to renewals. Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions. Offer expert guidance and advice across all insurance products. Requirements: 1 year min of similar experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented and target-driven. Excellent product knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and attitude. APA Qualification or working towards it with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
