CEO - Ireland (Remote) - up to €100,000 Pro rata + Benefits - Ref 1810I am currently recruiting for a CEO to work for a growing renewable energy trade association based in Ireland. Salary up to €100,000 pro rata + Benefits.This company supports and promotes the development of the district heating and cooling industry, fostering a sustainable heating market that leverages low-carbon and renewable energy sources.As a leading resource for expertise, they bring together professionals from various fields, including system design, operations, research, and policy development. Their collective efforts aim to overcome challenges and advance the implementation of district heating solutions.To support the growth of the business, they now have the need to appoint a CEO.In this role as CEO, you will be utilising the collective expertise of the membership to drive and achieve the objectives, communications, and policy priorities of the district energy sector. Reporting to the Board and Chair, the CEO will spearhead the development and execution of a new strategic vision for 2025 and beyond, while managing the organisation's daily operations.Essential Requirements:Proven passion for climate action and renewable energyAt least 3 years of senior leadership experience, including team development and achieving defined objectives (Energy, power, or trade associations, ideally in renewable energy)Strong public advocacy and spokesperson skillsBeneficial Requirements:Hands-on experience in building and maintaining key relationships across media, public and external stakeholdersThis is a fantastic opportunity for a CEO to lead a growing organisation within their field where the work is continuously varied keeping you engaged and challenged, with the major influence they will have in the near future.This is an immediate requirement so if you have the required skills and experience then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV or call Josh on #removed#.
