Job Title: ABA Therapist/RBT
Location: Lakewood, NJ Salary: $40,000 per year We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist/RBT to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collecting and analyzing data on client progress
- Collaborating with families and other professionals
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Experience in ABA therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
