Location: Farmington, NM Salary: $33.00 - $40.23 per hour We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Assisting with daily living activities and patient education
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
