Job Title: EXPERIENCED Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA)
Location: New Bern, NC
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA for full-time ABA therapy and student supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor ABA interventions
- Supervise and mentor BCBA students and RBTs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Current LBA and BCBA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
