Job Description

1. Provide HR generalist support including document processing, performance appraisal project coordination, etc.
2. Maintain relevant HR database/record management and handle internal staff’s requests.
3. Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies.
4. Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related discipline, knowledge of performance management is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years solid experience in Human Resource, preferably from Chinese-funded enterprises.
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak fluent Mandarin.
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
