At Company on Technology industry (Contractor), in Multiple Locations Expires at: 2025-03-01 Remote policy: Full remote Profile Administrator assisting with facilities admin tasks, finance queries and chasing , based in Theale , but Portugal (ideally Porto ) or Munich are also possible.  

Main requirements

  They need to have the following skills:  
  • As a minimum, very good or excellent German and English language, written, reading and spoken. Other languages are advantageous
  • Good IT skills with Microsoft Office products, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • They will be speaking to external persons like vendors & landlords , as well as internal staff & service partners
  • They need to be able to speak to people confidently and work under their own initiative, although I will be available to help and support them remotely, together with other Places team members.
  • Assist with finance queries, chasing our finance team with invoice queries and other related matters
  • Help to onboard vendor s for us, getting key information and copy documents, so that I can complete the onboarding process. 
  • Help with high level translation of documents ( German ), to aid understanding by non-German speakers.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as directed
