Main duties: Engineer with a strong background in technical training, customer troubleshooting and gas application support. This role involves conducting training, addressing customer concerns, and supporting the onboarding of new customers. The ideal candidate will leverage a proactive teaching style, ensure training materials reflect customer needs, and occasionally provide onsite technical support, including system installation. The role: - Deliver virtual and onsite training on gas spring safety, disassembly, filling, and servicing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. - Help achieve sales goals by contributing to a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline. - Install components like hoses to ensure proper product functionality. - Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and solutions by participating in technical forums. - Gather customer feedback and propose product or service improvements to leadership. - Recommend tailored solutions to address customer application challenges. - Lead by example while collaborating across teams to drive organizational success. - Support company initiatives and align with organizational values. The candidate: - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken )- Qualified Engineer with experience within manufacturing or industrial settings. - Experience within the metalworking industry with a focus on technical applications. - Familiarity with spare part applications such as nitrogen gas products - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. - Expertise in lean enterprise tools and continuous improvement practices. - Data-driven decision-making with the ability to manage ambiguity. - Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency. - Up to 20% travel to customer or partner locations.
