This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL. Target Start Date: June 2, 2025 - August 15, 2025 (11-week program) What you bring to the table:

- Analyze sales and market trends to develop category growth strategies across cross-functional teams, and present findings to a variety of groups
- Become an expert in e-commerce – create best-in-class assortment and content for the Quill.com customer to increase engagement and drive category growth
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Must be a rising senior (graduating May 2026), enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Excel skills: the ability to use a pivot table
- Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
- Able to multi-task and be flexible to new initiatives
