- Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions
- Support back-end branch operations, handling daily counter transactions (including cash handling, deposits, transfers, fixed deposits, remittances, etc.), customer inquiries, and internal documentation.
- Cross-sell retail banking products.
崗位要求
- Secondary School graduate or above
- Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua.
