Service Technician (Solar)

Job Description We are committed to providing exceptional service, supporting our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their solar energy systems, from initial planning to commissioning, integration, and ongoing operation. To strengthen our dedicated solar service team, we are seeking a passionate and travel-ready Service Technician. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in system planning
- Provide remote and on-site technical support during commissioning (30% - 40% Travel)
- Offer on-site guidance to service partners
- Address and resolve technical customer inquiries
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation
- Conduct training sessions for customers and partners
- Travel extensively within Germany and neighbouring countries
- Technical qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with photovoltaic systems and low-voltage electrical installations
- Proficiency in using laptops, smartphones, and industry-standard tools
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Strong desire to travel, particularly within Germany and surrounding countries
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in outdoor environments
- Outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
