1. Mainly responsible for application support to carry out the operation and maintenance of the retail and institutional trading application system, providing first-level support to users and clients.
2. Establish and optimize minor project implementation processes for the company’s sell-side trading system, including budget, time, resource allocation, and implementation.
3. Perform and liaise with relevant departments for project implementation tasks, requirements analysis, UAT testing, HKEX MR, etc.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders, the project team, and the infrastructure team to ensure system go-live.
5. Vendor management and year-end audit handling.
6. Liaise with external vendors, agencies, HKEX, etc., for contact information and support.
7. Gather user requirements and understand their needs.
8. Possess strong business communication and understanding skills, along with strong demand analysis and document writing skills, and be able to write standardized business requirements and software requirements specifications.
9. Responsible for Banking System Implementation, including writing technical and/or business specifications.
10. Analyze and customize various business modules.
11. Enhance overall concepts, evaluate business impacts, and provide training to end-users.
12. Coordinate the conduct of user acceptance testing and test case planning.
13. Assist on ad-hoc projects.

1. University degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking and financial industry.
3. Experience and knowledge in securities or futures trading systems for front to back office support.
4. Experience handling CTM and FIX client onboarding is advantageous.
5. Highly preferred candidates with experience in iAsia and Fidessa trading systems.
6. Hands-on experience in Database, Linux, and Windows scripting.
7. Certification in OCP and MSDBA.
8. Experience in analyzing user requirements and preparing business analysis.
9. Technical background and good knowledge of Oracle, Java, C++, SQL, etc.
10. Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
11. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
12. Travel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices is required.
