Urgent Assistant Procurement Officer / Senior Procurement Officer (HK$25K-$40K) (Ref. No. 26271)
Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties- Prepare documentation according to policies, processes, procedures, and contract documents.
- Engage business stakeholders and suppliers to purchase low-risk products or services independently in accordance with the procurement process.
- Work with suppliers/vendors to submit proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product costing to deliver fast and competitive quotes to win new project bids.
- Work with technical teams to understand requirements, evaluate suppliers, and assess cost quality.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support services to the team.
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Quantity Surveying (QS), Engineering, or Business.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic (electronics and mechanical components, raw material sourcing, material management, and procurement) OR Energy/Power/Water/Oil & Gas/Waste industry.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player.
- More relevant experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer .
