Closing date: 22nd December As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be implementing, safeguarding, and continuously improving our asset care strategy in close collaboration with our production facilities. You will strive to improve performance of our assets, maintenance program and support the company with your technical knowledge and expertiseThe recipe!The purpose of this role is Collaborate with the maintenance teams, ensure adherence to maintenance programs and practices throughout the facilities and the continuous improvement of programs and practices. Ensure that the maintenance concepts and maintenance plans remain up to date. Establish and maintain good relationships with OEMs to ensure equipment reliability, access to technical support and critical spares availability. Work closely with our manufacturing and support teams to support and conduct Root Cause Analysis for repetitive technical failures and breakdowns. Review plant performance using data to identify performance improvement projects. Head both capital and non-capital engineering projects and workstreams. Guide the development and completion of Criticality Assessments and Risk Based Maintenance assessment (FMEA/RCM). Build business justifications to replace or life extend critical assets. RequirementsNon-negotiables Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering qualification Knowledge of CMMS Systems. Capacity to work with limited supervision and support.
