Senior / Retail Operations Executive – Luxury Brand (Ref. No.: 26455)
Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties- Support the Retail Manager in the implementation and execution of all stores’ related activities.
- Interact with stores and retail partners, trying to establish effective and strong relationships.
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of systems and train store staff if and when required, support key projects, operational trainings, and monitor progress.
- Enforce and execute all policies and procedures regarding store operations, ensuring a strong level of awareness amongst the stores.
- Ensure the correct flow of stock from the warehouse into the stores, and work with the stores’ stock teams so that product is available on the selling floor in a timely manner.
- Support the stores in the execution of store-to-store transfers and returns of merchandise and monitor their progress.
- Oversee the maintenance of the store and ensure the right standards are met at all times.
- Oversee and lead stock movement procedures.
- Support the organization of the physical stock-take and the analysis of results, in coordination with Inventory Control.
- Support the process linked to uniforms and packaging management.
- 2 years’ experience in retail operations.
- University graduate.
- Self-motivated, good communication skills & able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Strong numerical sensitivity, statistical knowledge, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Accurate and proficient use of MS Office and Chinese Word processing.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Retail Operations Executive.
