Full time. $65,000 – $75,000 per year.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations

Associate to join our Lighting Department. This role involves a blend

of project management, client interaction, compliance coordination,

and inventory management. You will be a key player in ensuring the

seamless execution of lighting projects, from initial client

interaction to final job completion.

Key Responsibilities Project Management: Develop and manage project

plans, including SWMS, JSA, Gantt charts, and work instructions.

Handle pre-qualification processes for smaller projects. Navigate and

resolve onsite issues promptly.

Client and Sales Interaction: Reach out to clients and sales teams for

pending documents to expedite project timelines. Assist with job

conversions and pre-qualifications, working directly with the sales

team. Facilitate e-signatures for jobs.

Inventory and Equipment Management: Manage and track inventory to

ensure project needs are met. Coordinate the hire and return of access

lifts for project sites. Oversee inventory management processes.

Team Coordination and Compliance: Facilitate communication and

coordination between internal teams and the compliance department.

Collaborate with lighting designers and compliance teams to develop

and approve site plans. Ensure compliance finalization and job

submissions.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for installers and

sales contractors. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product

options, client proposals, and lighting solutions. Manage warranty

claims and procedures efficiently.

Administrative and Operational Support: Maintain and update sales

payment sheets. Finalize lighting plans and specifications. Oversee

payment processing and job finalization. Perform basic setups and

configurations in Data Force.

Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, preferably

in the lighting or energy sector. Strong project management skills

with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory

management and basic data configuration. Familiarity with compliance

and regulatory standards in the lighting industry. Ability to conduct

training sessions and manage client interactions effectively.
