Maintenance Supervisor opportunity available at Boggabri Coal Mine in

NSW. Highly attractive salary package on a 5/5/4 day / night roster.

Owner-operated company that puts people first and values growth and

flexibility. Boggabri Coal Mine (BCO) is an open-cut coal operation

producing in excess of 7 million tonnes per annum, with a mine life

extending through until 2033. BCO is located approximately 57 km from

Narrabri, 60 km from Gunnedah and 23 km from Boggabri NSW. These

historic small country towns offer community spirit and a unique and

diverse country lifestyle.

How you will contribute: Provide direct supervision of planned and

unplanned maintenance for the HME fleet. HME fleet includes a mix of

Caterpillar and Komatsu Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders and ancillary

equipment. Interact with maintenance personnel, providing guidance on

best practice and adherence to Boggabri Coal operational and safety

standards.

Trade qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience within a

similar position in the mining sector, a motivated and goal-oriented

leader who leads by example. Excellent interpersonal, cooperative and

facilitation skills. Organized and proficient in the use of Excel,

Outlook, & Word, with experience in SAP being advantageous. Knowledge

and unwavering dedication to safety & health compliance principles.
