Recruitment Coordinator, Momentum Consulting Group Pty Ltd. Sunshine
West, Melbourne VIC. Recruitment Agency (Human Resources &

way to deliver effective recruitment solutions for both clients and
candidates, whether it be one-off hires, bulk recruitment, onsite
workforce management, or large vendor management models.
Due to expansion within the Victorian region, we are excited to add a
Recruitment Coordinator to our Sunshine West team. The hours for this
role are full-time, office-based Monday – Friday.

The role: Working in collaboration with the Regional Manager & Account
Management team to understand candidate sourcing requirements.
Conducting candidate screening, preplacement interviews, skills
assessment, and pre-employment verification. Developing a call cycle
for the implementation of a Candidate Care program. Coordinating daily
casual rosters and allocating teams to various job sites. Providing an
exceptional level of customer service across the candidate network and
to internal stakeholders.
What you will need to succeed: Previous experience in recruitment
(highly regarded). Proven success in providing service excellence.
Strong level of computer literacy. Proactive and positive approach
with a strong team ethic. A high level of professionalism with a
passion for self-growth. Sound communication, confidence, excellent
interpersonal skills. Disciplined, well organised, advanced time
