Are you looking for your next reporting analyst contract role in financial services? Your new company One of our leading financial service clients is looking for a technical yet business-driven reporting analyst with experience in customer complaints and resolutions. Your new role You will be responsible for developing data and analytical reports for the risk division, presenting said reports to senior and executive stakeholders. You will be investigating, understanding, and resolving customer complaints, and supporting front line colleagues to do the same. Including staying up to date with relevant banking regulatory, policy and process changes and supporting the business with your working knowledge of these. What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience of extracting data and developing reports utilising MS Excel and Power BI.
- Strong experience with customer experience platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) and using analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Hands-on technical data management and analytical thinking.
- Professional communication and presentation skills are key to this role.
- Customer resolution/banking experience is highly regarded.
- 6-month contract initially
- Flexible working arrangements @ $58 plus super hourly
