The Media Planning Executive will: be working closely with clients and internal Sparro teams to plan, activate and manage the optimal media mix to achieve client marketing and digital objectives. meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful planning of above the line media (OOH, TV, Radio) and core digital channels (programmatic, social, native).strive to continuously improve established technical knowledge and work collaboratively with peers, clients and suppliers.Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered for the role.RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with clients at tactical / implementation level, complementing existing business and marketing strategies.Understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results.Manage and implement client projects, liaising with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners / vendors to achieve client marketing / campaign objectivesMeet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of media channelsPrepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.Having the willingness to effectively share knowledge and train others wherever possible.Promote the Sparro values and culture.  SKILLS 1-3 years’ experience in media planning and/or buying.Excel at working as part of a team, with demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.Effective project management, and ability to understand direction and mobilise to achieve great outcomes.Technical and strategic skills in planning and data analysis.WHAT TO EXPECT Profession + Leadership Training

The Paid Media Executive will work closely with Media Specialists and be able to learn and grow as part of the team through on the job mentoring and support from the team and other senior leaders within the business.
