- Undertake receptionist duties to welcoming our guests to the hotel and inform them of facilities.
- Accurately check in/out guests using property management system.
- Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are attended to correctly and efficiently.
- Practice accurate transitions handling of credit cards cash and company accounts.
- Operating the telephones including transferring incoming calls to the appropriate person in order to ensure all internal and external requests are attended to in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills.
- A friendly and positive cando attitude who enjoys working in a team.
- A passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends.
