DMA provides comprehensive training and mentoring to help you become a key team member on transactions, including processing and analysis of client financials, assistance with preliminary pricing strategies, assisting with due diligence processes and data room management and other ad-hoc analysis work. What you will be doing
  • Preparation of comprehensive client financial analysis including:
  • Detailed P&L analysis
  • Working Capital analysis
  • Earnings multiple pricing analysis & strategy
  • Offer analysis
  • Liaise with clients & other professionals in M&A transactions
  • Facilitate and manage data rooms for due diligence
Required
  • Be a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to become an integral part of a diverse and social team
  • Be on the path to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, Outlook and related applications
  • Strive to continuously improve knowledge through ongoing professional development
  • Be confident in interacting with clients and other professionals’ in meetings, phone calls and via email with support from team members
  • Have some experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in an accounting/finance role
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
Preferred
  • Qualified or partially qualified within a business-related discipline – preferably accounting
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
