About The Role We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a solid healthcare background to join our Tullamarine Clinic in Victoria, (Country of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong/Boon Wurrung people) on a Full-Time basis. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving the clinic’s growth and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the daily management of the practice to ensure its smooth operation
  • Coordinating and liaising with doctors
  • Managing financials, including budgeting, accounts, and IT systems
  • Leading, training, mentoring, and managing administration and nursing staff
  • Providing excellent assistance and communication to patients
  • Driving business development and promoting Occupational Health services at the clinic
Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical industry, ideally in General Practice or Occupational Health. Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and experience in team management are essential. While experience with Medical Software is highly preferred, training will be provided if needed. Additional Skills And Attributes Include
