Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $45p/hr - Kelowna - ASAP

*Start your Travel Nursing career!* We are looking for a compassionate and caring *LPN *with a passion for the elderly to temporarily join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/ Assisted Living Facility in *Kelowna, British Columbia. **\_**Contract: *2 months *Locations:* Kelowna, B.C. *Start Date: *ASAP *Compensation:** $45.00 per hour _*+ travel allowance + accommodation + weekly allowance*_*Responsibilities and duties:** Performs assessments. * Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents. * Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures * Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:** Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. * Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC. * Current CPR and First Aid certification. * Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. * Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
